We start off by working with the client to establish their statement of requirements which includes the budget and time expectations. We use a multi-tiered process which includes a schematic design phase, a design development phase and then we produce the construction documents. The client is involved at every phase and signs off on each phase before we proceed to the next phase. This helps to insure the clients statement of requirements is being met at every phase.
Communications between the client and the architect is paramount during the entire process. Utilizing the speed and power of the internet and computers, we provide weekly e-mail updates as well as uploading current plans and specifications as changes or amendments occur.
